Thank you for shopping with us. Because our photo magnets are made-to-order and personalized with your images, we want to be clear about when returns and refunds are available.
Custom/Personalized Items
Most of our products are custom-made specifically for you. For this reason:
- returns or refunds are not accepted once your order enters production
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit contact us immediately. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the damage (including the packaging). Send your information and photos to alexis@lifeonthefridgemagnets.com
